My
drawings are integrally associated with
my installations and sculptures. They
are part of a collective unfolding of
the ship form. A constant in my drawings
reference metaphorical and psychological
imagery that parallel three-dimensional
work.
A
part of this approach is the Ship Frag
series of drawings. These are small graphic
works that I sometimes expand into larger
drawings.
I
develop concept drawings as an effective
means to developing temporary installations,
along with making a visual tribute to
the created work.
